Your Experience: “This was my first experience with a sound bath, and it was absolutely amazing. I was able to fully immerse myself in the sounds and vibrations of instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes and achieved a deep relaxed state of mind that lasted long after the session was over. Service : Heart Math: Building Personal Resiliency

Your Experience: Last year was a difficult one for me—both professionally and personally. There were many challenging situations at work that really wore me down, and I found myself struggling to handle the stress that came with it all. I decided to take the HeartMath: Building Personal Resiliency course in hopes of learning tools to better manage my emotions and reactions in stressful situations.
From the very beginning, Cara was amazing. The way she taught the HeartMath breathing and resilience techniques helped guide me to a calmer, happier place. Since taking the course, several people have even commented that I seem lighter and more positive—they’ve asked if I’d just come back from a retreat!
Now, I’m able to pause, take a few intentional breaths, and visualize something positive before reacting. These simple techniques have made a tremendous difference in how I handle everyday stress, both at work and at home.
