What is a HeartMath® Coach?
As a HeartMath® Coach, I will guide you through a process of learning to shift your emotional state, restore inner balance™, and improve clarity of thought in real time.
Through the Building Personal Resilience™ program, you’ll learn practical, Heart-Focused Breathing™ techniques that help you move out of stress and into a state of “coherence” — where your heart, mind, and emotions work together in harmony to reflect a healthy physiology.
HeartMath® methods are used worldwide by Military, Healthcare Providers, Educators, Corporate Leaders, Athletes, and individuals who want a reliable way to reduce the physiological effects of stress and improve overall well-being.
How My Coaching Works
1:1 Private Coaching – Sessions tailored to your personal goals and needs. Coaching may be done in person or through Zoom calls.
Small Group Coaching – Up to 6 participants for a supportive, shared learning experience. Ideal for family, friends or colleagues.
Practical Tools You Can Use Anywhere – Quick techniques to calm your mind, shift your perspective, and access your best thinking.
Measurable Progress – (Optional) Track your results with HeartMath® technology to see your improvement over time.

Why Work With Me
With a background in the life sciences spanning 4 decades and 24 of those years as a Global Custom & OEM consultant for a major Biotech company, I understand the pressures of high-demand, detail-oriented work.
Now through my practice, I combine scientific insight with holistic healing tools — offering HeartMath® coherence techniques, as well as Reiki Energy and/or meditative sound experiences — to help clients achieve measurable, sustainable improvements in resilience, focus, and emotional balance.
Session Details
Length: Approx. 60-90 minutes per session
Typical Program: 6 sessions for optimal experience with long term programs available depending on desired outcomes.

Let’s discuss what your specific needs/challenges are, what coaching and use of HeartMath® techniques is designed to offer relative to your desired outcome and whether a single session or full program would be a good fit to support your specific needs.
1:1 Coaching (60-90 min sessions)
Single Session $50. Great for intro session or a la carte
6-Session Package $240
Long term individualized program- variable, based on individual goals
Small Group Coaching up to 6 individuals
6-Week Group Sessions may receive reduced pricing at a Sliding scale depending on number of individuals and location. Please inquire.
All 6-week sessions include workbook materials, email/text check-ins during program and will include a certificate of Participation upon Completion.
All participants will have the option of purchasing the Inner Balance™ Coherence Plus sensor to use with the HeartMath® app to serve as an active training tool, guiding you in real time to achieve heart coherence with just a few minutes of daily use. For clarity, this is strictly optional and not needed. The HeartMath App allowing you to use your iPhone camera is also available at an annual subscription through the App store, again optional and not required. These are technology tools to track your progress.
