My Approach

Reiki

Each session is designed to offer not just relaxation, but renewal. Whether through the gentle flow of Reiki or the soothing tones of Himalayan bowls, chimes, and gongs, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. A place where healing can truly begin.

Reiki is an ancient technique of guiding the universal life force energy that exists all around us through the body to promote healing and well-being. Using gentle touch or hand placements to channel energy with the intention of encouraging the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki is often used to reduce stress, promote relaxation and support other medical treatments.

Sound Bath Journey

Through the gentle use of sacred instruments such as chimes, himalayan bowls, gong and tongue drum, I offer a deeply restorative listening experience. Everything in the universe is made of energy and has a natural frequency of vibration from the galactic cosmos down to a single cell in the body and smallest particle. Sound can raise our cellular vibration impacting our nervous system, engaging relaxation, inhibiting the stress and pain response.

A Note about Reiki: Often the question arises as to how many Reiki sessions are needed. This will depend on individual circumstances and goals. Many practitioners recommend an initial series of 3-5 sessions to establish a foundation and assess the benefits of Reiki. Regular Reiki sessions are recommended to maintain well-being or address specific issues. The frequency of these sessions can vary, from weekly to monthly. Reiki is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside other healthcare practices and should never be used as a substitution for medical care.
